Petroleum Minister Mohsen Paknejad also addressed the impact of sanctions, saying Iran has developed strategies to sustain oil exports despite ongoing restrictions. Beyond Iran’s borders, the anniversary drew congratulatory messages from several world leaders. Nicaragua’s President Daniel Ortega, Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Yemen’s Mahdi al-Mashat, India’s Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari all sent messages marking the occasion. Pakistan’s foreign ministry reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening bilateral ties, while the UN Secretary-General emphasized dialogue, multilateral cooperation, sustainable development, and human rights in his message.
